Terms of Service
These terms apply to the current 3D CHAT test app and public viewer. The service is operated by Dafucang (Fujian) Supply Chain Co., Ltd.; contact support@dfcczcz.com. Availability depends on the feature and environment actually enabled in your build.
1. Accounts and safety
Keep your account credentials and sessions safe and do not impersonate others, bypass access controls or use another person's account without permission. You are responsible for content and activity you submit. Use by minors must comply with local law and guardian requirements.
2. Your content and sharing
You retain rights in your content. By uploading or sharing it, you give us permission to store, process, display and transmit it only as needed to operate the requested service and enforce safety rules. You must have permission to capture and share people, places and copyrighted material. A public link can be forwarded, copied or cached. Revocation stops the active hosted publication but cannot recall copies already made by others.
3. Prohibited use and moderation
Do not use the service for illegal content, child exploitation, harassment, threats, scams, spam, privacy violations or infringement of others' rights. Do not attack the service or falsify payments, delivery receipts or usage balances. You can report or block in Chat where available, or send a report to our support email. We may restrict accounts or remove online access/content for violations or security concerns, subject to applicable law. Contact support if you believe an action is mistaken.
4. Feature availability
Local capture, editing and export depend on device capability. Supported web publishing currently covers finished single Space panoramas and ordinary Object frame sequences (2–512 frames). Whole-album, Canvas, 3D model and multi-scene web publishing, third-party Spatial HD, production Apple sign-in and commercial purchase flows are not currently enabled. A quotation, disabled control or test entitlement does not mean a purchase or cloud upload has occurred. Do not rely on capture or translation output as a certified measurement, legal record or professional decision.
5. Plans and payment
No real payment is created by the current quotation previews. When App Store purchases are enabled, the confirmed Apple purchase sheet and product details govern the actual price, billing period and renewal, subject to mandatory consumer rights. Account deletion does not itself cancel an Apple subscription; manage subscriptions in Apple's settings. Any enabled lifetime purchase covers only its stated features and does not imply unlimited cloud storage, translation or third-party processing. Starter translation credits are an account-level one-time ceiling, not a monthly refill; upgrades only add the difference and balances are separate from purchased usage.
6. Service changes and responsibility
We may update features or temporarily suspend online functions for maintenance, safety or failures. Keep your own copy of important local/exported material. Test services may change and should not be the sole storage of irreplaceable information. These terms do not exclude non-waivable consumer rights or liability that applicable law does not permit us to exclude. Additional features or materially changed terms will be communicated when required.
7. Privacy and contact
Our Privacy Policy explains data handling and deletion options. For support, content reports, account requests or questions about these terms, contact support@dfcczcz.com. Include the app version and relevant error details, but never send passwords, access tokens or unnecessary private material.
